Shauna Switzer is the Clinical Director at Switzer Counselling & Psychotherapy Associates. She is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD), EMDR Certified Therapist, Sensorimotor Trauma Therapist & Emotionally Focused Couple, Individual & Family Therapist. Shauna Switzer has been in private practice for more than 20 years providing mental health services to children, adolescents and adults in our Georgetown and Oakville offices. Shauna also provides Clinical Supervision to registered professionals as well as Master Level Interns.
Shauna Switzer holds a Master of Counselling Psychology degree and a Master of Arts degree from the University of Wales Trinity St. David. Shauna continues to enhance and deepen her knowledge of best psychotherapeutic practices and is informed by the latest research in interpersonal and affective neuropsychology.
